Can't reach your knight anymore, or want to move it to your own Amazon account? Fill out this form — it gives us everything we need to check your case quickly. You'll get a link to your ticket afterwards.

Good to know: Your progress is not lost — knights are tied to the Amazon account you played them on. If your old knight had purchases, it is extra protected and can only be moved to a different account with proof of ownership.
