Knight Manager Chat is here!

Published on March 13th, 2026

Connect with fellow knights in real time! The new Knight Manager Chat offers channels for trading, strategy, help and more — in English and German.

The Android app is already available for download. An iOS app will follow — in the meantime the chat works everywhere as a PWA: Just open it in your browser and tap “Add to Home Screen” — done!

The existing chats on Discord and Facebook will be shut down after a transition period. This way we finally have everything in one place: No more split community, no more missed messages, and every knight can find help and fellow players right away — regardless of language.

For on March 13th, something new shall rise.

Season 16 Has Begun!

Published on March 1st, 2026

Dear Knights,

The start of the new season was a bit bumpy – and we would like to sincerely thank you for your patience and support. By now, everything should be running smoothly and stable again.

With Season 16, we are not only starting fresh, but also introducing several new features to the game. And this is just the beginning – more updates and improvements are already in progress and will follow throughout the season.

We truly appreciate that you are walking this path with us.

We wish you great success, exciting battles, and an amazing Season 16!

Statement Regarding Automation in Knight Manager

Published on February 26th, 2026

We are aware that videos and other methods for automating certain gameplay processes are currently circulating. This topic has been with us for quite some time.

From a technical standpoint, it is not possible for us to immediately and clearly identify every such method. One reason for this is that, at the platform level, we do not receive all the detailed information required to reliably distinguish genuine voice commands from other technically triggered actions — such as routines.

However, this does not mean that we are powerless.
We continuously improve our detection mechanisms, correlate data, and carefully analyze suspicious patterns in player behavior. Automation leaves traces — and these traces can be identified and evaluated over time.

Fully automated gameplay is and remains prohibited. Anyone who continuously controls their knight through automation must expect to be excluded from the game.

We continuously analyze gameplay behavior and collect relevant information. Measures are not necessarily taken immediately — an instant ban would only serve to warn others. Our goal is to make fair and sustainable decisions.

To maintain fairness during ongoing review phases, we have central protective mechanisms in place — for example, the 5,000 energy limit per account. This limit is tracked server-side and cannot be bypassed.

Finally, one important clarification: the term “cheat” is not accurate in this context. Technically speaking, these are simple automations — however, they are clearly prohibited and violate our rules.

We remain committed to ensuring a fair playing environment for everyone.

Technical Issues Overnight

Published on February 19th, 2026

Last night there were technical issues with the skill. These have now been resolved. Resources that would have been produced during the downtime have been credited and the forest has been reopened. Trade requests will need to be resubmitted as most of them will have expired.

We appreciate your understanding.

With Season 16, the previous level milestones will be replaced by a new system: Achievements.

Many of you appreciated milestones as an important source of diamonds and arrow makers – we know that. That’s why we’re not simply removing them, but evolving them into something more dynamic.

From now on, it’s not just your level that counts.
Your entire journey as a knight will be recognized.

We’ve created something for every knight:
Whether you prove yourself in the arena, hunt in the forest, explore dungeons, defeat bosses, or master your craft.
Whether you’ve just begun your adventure or already stand among the strongest knights of the realm – even casual players will find their place.

Most achievements consist of multiple tiers and reward you with gold, diamonds, arrow makers, and serfs.
Those who actively pursue achievements may ultimately earn even more than with the old milestone system.

In total, more than 50 achievements with over 200 tiers are waiting to be unlocked.

Say:
“My Achievements” to hear about your unlocked progress –
or view them clearly in your knight’s profile on the website.

Knight Manager API – Launching with Season 16

Published on February 10th, 2026

With Season 16, we are launching the official Knight Manager API – an extension for testers, power players, and curious tinkerers.

The API allows selected game data to be accessed programmatically.
It is designed as a playground and optional extra and provides no gameplay advantage.

Access is intended as a small thank-you to players who actively support the project.
It is available to players with:

- an active Diamond Donkey subscription
- or a Diamond purchase in the Amazon Shop made within the last 30 days

API access is time-limited:

Each Diamond purchase unlocks API access for exactly 30 days.
Multiple purchases at the same time do not extend this period.
Only a new purchase starts a new 30-day access period.

Starting with Season 16, you can create your personal API access key on the website under “Options”.

Even without programming knowledge, it’s worth taking a look:
The API playground allows you to explore and try out the endpoints directly.

Name Restrictions – Update

Published on February 2nd, 2026

Thank you for the many responses regarding character names.
Based on the received feedback, the existing rules have been adjusted.

From now on, only titles that are earnable or purchasable in the game will be blocked.
All other names are allowed again.

Noble Knights,

starting with Season 16, loyalty to your Order will be rewarded more than ever.
Players who regularly contribute to order buildings will now receive personal bonuses based on their individual share of the weekly donations.

Shrine of Luck
Your share of gold donations increases your luck
(up to +15%)

Monument of Haste
Your share of gold donations increases your speed
(up to +15%)

Training School of the Servants
Your share of servant donations increases the chance to train servants into arrow makers
(up to +15%)

Example:
If your order donates a total of 10,000 gold to the shrine in one week and you contribute 1,200 gold, you will receive a +12% luck bonus.

Update on Alexa Plus & Classic Alexa

Published on January 30th, 2026

We received the following information directly from our contacts and would like to share it with you:

There is currently a known issue with mobile text input in the Alexa app. The responsible teams are already working on it and looking for a solution.

If you would like to switch back from Alexa Plus to Classic Alexa, you can do so at any time via voice command.
Simply say on one of your devices:
“Alexa, exit beta” or “Alexa, exit early access.”

Please note: This change happens on the account level. This means all Alexa devices linked to the same Amazon account will switch to Alexa Plus or Classic Alexa accordingly.

We are aware that the customer experience may feel a bit shaky at the moment. Work is ongoing toward a more stable long-term solution, especially for important skills.

Thank you for your patience and continued feedback.

New weekly events are coming!

Published on January 28th, 2026

In Season 16, mysterious forces will sweep through the kingdom. Every Monday, the Forest Spirits and Battle Spirits awaken and grant special power to selected abilities.

Forest Spirits’ Blessing.
The spirits of the forest observe which hunting skills are neglected by the knights. The two least-used abilities receive a mysterious blessing for one week: +20% activation chance and +20% damage.

Battle Spirits’ Blessing.
Ancient powers also stir on the battlefield. The two least-used combat abilities are empowered with the same mighty bonus.

Uncover the Secret.
Which abilities have been blessed? That is for you to discover! Experiment with different skills and uncover their enhanced power.

Perhaps now is the time to try the abilities you have ignored so far.

First Changes Coming in the Next Season

Published on January 17th, 2026

As we prepare for the next season, we’ve started improving core game mechanics to make them more stable and future-proof. One of the first areas we focused on is the dragon fight.
The fight against the dragon is now handled using the AudioPlayer system, just like dungeon battles.
This has two major benefits: longer fights can no longer be interrupted by a broken stream, and it’s no longer possible to stack a large number of dragon fights in a very short amount of time.
We’re also currently exploring an exciting addition:
In the future, it may be possible to face the dragon together with your dungeon team, instead of fighting alone.
As part of these changes, we’ll also be adjusting the possible loot and rewards to ensure the fight remains fair and worthwhile.
More improvements are coming over the next few weeks — we’ll keep you updated.

Reworked Healing System in the Dark Forest

Published on December 8th, 2025

We have completely redesigned and centralized the healing system in the Dark Forest. This gives us far better control over who heals whom, when healing occurs, and which conditions must be met.

One of the first improvements affects your tag-team partner:
If your partner is able to heal and is in the same zone, they will now find and revive you much more frequently.

This new system brings more fairness, more consistency, and a much more reliable healing mechanic within the Dark Forest.

Change to the Advent Calendar

Published on December 8th, 2025

Today, on December 8th, the Advent calendar will be updated one last time at 12 PM as usual. Starting tomorrow, the update will then take place at 12 AM midnight German time every day.

Over the past few days, we’ve been working intensively on the dungeon logic, fixing several issues and even rewriting some core processes from scratch. Since then, we’ve completed over 200 dungeon runs without a single hang or delay – a very promising sign!

We’re confident that we’ve identified and resolved the root cause of the recent problems.
Of course, we can only be completely certain once more players have completed additional runs successfully. Time will tell whether the issue is now permanently and reliably fixed – but so far, things are looking great.

We’ll continue to closely monitor system behavior in the coming days to ensure that everything remains stable and smooth.

If you still experience hangs or unusually long waiting times, please send us an email at info@kroegoor.com.

Thank you all for your patience, feedback, and trust.
