We have received reports from some players that the jousting tournament feature does not work properly with certain versions of the first-generation Echo devices. We have already forwarded this issue to our contacts. However, as skill developers, we do not have direct access to the devices' hardware, making it impossible for us to resolve the issue on our own. We recommend affected players to use an alternative Echo device or the Alexa app on their smartphone instead.

in-skill purchases

Recently, a significant problem occurred in our game, which can be directly attributed to erroneous information from Amazon's API for in-skill purchases. This issue specifically affected the purchase of diamonds. Amazon's API transmitted incorrect data by occasionally returning a value of 0 for purchased diamonds, even though players had actually made purchases. These faulty API responses led to discrepancies between the data recorded in our system and the actual purchases, impacting the players' diamond accounts.

To preserve the integrity of your gaming experience and the accuracy of player accounts, we were forced to reset the game status to the state as of 6 AM GMT+1. This measure was necessary to correct the diamonds that were mistakenly deducted and to ensure the fairness of the game.

To prevent further impacts on the diamond balances, we have temporarily blocked the influence of Amazon's API on the diamond accounts.

This measure is necessary to prevent the problem from recurring, but it means that no purchases are currently possible in the game. Additionally, this implies that purchases made after 6 AM GMT+1 have not yet been credited.

We want to assure you that all purchases already made will be automatically credited as soon as the problem with the Amazon API is resolved. Our team is working intensively with Amazon to find a quick solution and restore full functionality as soon as possible.

We are aware that this problem has caused inconvenience not only for us but also for you as players. Although we are not the cause, we will consider how we can compensate for this outage for you. However, these considerations will only be made once the problem has been completely resolved.

Troll Cave Test

Please note that players from the same household should not have direct or indirect trading relationships in the game. It is crucial to experience the game as if you do not know each other. Violating this rule can result in the suspension or removal of your accounts.

Our team has implemented mechanisms to detect multi-accounting and violations of household rules, taking appropriate actions as necessary. Accounts that violate these rules will be identified and may be suspended or removed.

We kindly request all players to adhere to our rules and use only one account per person. Fairness is the foundation of an enjoyable game, both for you and all other players.

Season Reset Error

A bug caused Azrael to be defeated several times. This in turn led to the Lazarus Order winning the season prematurely and incorrectly. The bug was fixed and the old state was restored. No items or purchases were lost.

Teaser: Multiplayer Challenges

Attention: This section is currently under development and is expected to be launched during the eleventh season.

After hundreds of hours of work and testing, we are excited to introduce this revolutionary form of challenge. And this is just the beginning: Over time, we will introduce numerous new dungeons!

In each dungeon, multiple sections await you, where a team of up to five knights can face up to twenty enemies. And don't worry, you're not just fighting against other knights. You can expect a variety of creatures like trolls and gnomes, each with unique abilities to make your life difficult.

In our newly introduced "Strategy Chamber," you can form and manage groups. Once your group is complete and all members are online, you can dive into the dungeon together. Thanks to a special audio file, all team members will experience the same epic battle almost simultaneously.

Your skills will also meet the new challenges. For example, you can use "Blade Whirl" to hit multiple enemies at once or use a bandage to save a severely injured team member.

The enemies are clever and decide independently which knight to attack. Some creatures focus on the weakest knight, while others target the knight who helps his team the most. Some enemies can even attack multiple knights simultaneously or freeze certain knights to disable them.

Preparation is crucial. A skillful selection of knights, abilities, and potions can make the difference between victory and defeat. Additionally, we will continually release new items to assist you in these challenges.

If you make it to the end of a dungeon, a powerful boss enemy awaits you. This boss must be defeated within a limited number of turns; otherwise, he will go into a kind of frenzy and deal massive damage with each subsequent attack.

If you are victorious, not only glory awaits you but also numerous other rewards. Each boss has a list of possible rewards, from special recipes to new bows. These treasures will be distributed among the team members, with special items being randomly awarded.

We also plan to offer the dungeons in three difficulty levels: Normal, Heroic, and Legendary. These will be unlocked sequentially, so you must first master a dungeon in "Normal" mode before you can tackle it in "Heroic" mode.

Finally, all players can attempt each available dungeon as many times as they would like. Every other week, the challenges will be reset so you can face them again.
