Can I change the email address linked to my knight because the current account belongs to my ex-partner?

You can change your contact/login email address yourself at any time in the app settings (or on the website) – the change is confirmed via a verification email.
Separate from that is the Amazon account your knight runs on: the knight is linked to that Amazon account. If your knight is on someone else's or an old Amazon account (for example an ex-partner's), a simple rename is not possible. However, a transfer or recovery is possible via our account recovery form, provided an email address is registered for your knight – this is how we verify ownership. It is best to register the email address directly in the app. We review such cases individually.
