A knight is deleted automatically if nobody has played it for six months and nothing protects it. Any one of these protects a knight: a purchase, diamonds on the account, an email address on file, an app sign-in with Apple or Google, an achievement, a game played in the chat, or having reached level 2 at some point. A knight that was never given a name is deleted after just five days without play. Opening the skill once is enough to restart the six months. A deletion cannot be undone.
