It is always good to know your own player number, as this is a way to uniquely identify your account. Additionally, account security provides extra protection, allowing us to verify ownership in case of account recovery. This is especially important for players who have not yet made any in-skill purchases.
Players who have already purchased a barrel or a truckload always receive the same player number from Amazon, even if Knight Manager is deactivated and reactivated. These accounts are therefore very secure and permanently linked to your Amazon account.
Account recovery is possible in certain cases – via our account recovery form. The key requirement is that an email address is registered for your knight, as this is how we verify ownership. So be sure to register an email address – easiest directly in the app – and remember your player number. Note: due to the switch to Alexa+, account problems can currently occur – in that case please contact support.
