My knight or progress suddenly disappeared – what can I do?

This usually happens after switching devices, using a new Amazon account, or deactivating and reactivating the skill. Important: once you have made any purchase, your knight is permanently tied to your Amazon account – just sign in with the same account and it will be back. If you have not made a purchase, you can recover your old knight via our recovery form: https://www.knight-manager.com/en/account-recovery. Tip: keep the skill enabled permanently – deactivating and reactivating assigns a new ID each time.
